Row Wars is an online indoor rowing competition set over a period of four weeks, one workout is released each Sat at 10am and athletes then have until the Friday at 10pm to complete the workout and upload their score to the website. 

All that you need to take part is access to a Concept 2 indoor rower.  All abilities are welcome.
